Ordering Transcripts


Seniors must log on to their Family Connection portal and indicate what colleges they've applied to.  This is how you will be able to send your transcript for free to colleges.  Follow the steps below to add the colleges you’ve applied to:

  1. Click the Colleges tab
  2. Click Colleges I’m applying to
  3. Click +add to this list and add the colleges you’ve applied to and make sure you click the I have submitted my application box for those schools
  4. Once you have added your schools click Add Colleges
  5. Now that you’ve updated your list of schools, make sure that all your schools say “app submitted” – If it says “have you applied?” click it and check the I have submitted box and update applications

Please remember to request for a transcript only when the college is requesting it.  Make sure to check your college portals regularly for important deadlines.

Transcripts are typically ordered to send to colleges or used in sending as attachments to scholarship applications.

Current Seniors:
Failure to send final transcripts at the end of the year can cause your college acceptance offer to be rescinded.  Remember to place your order in May for your FINAL grading period.
Be sure to check and see if your college requires them sent prior to this date.
